DESCRIPTION:
This machine is a 5-axis linkage advanced model, which can realize the complete finishing of the whole last, and the toe and heel can be directly turned into shape. Compared with the traditional turning machine, there is no need manual grinding and polishing for the toe and heel in later, and the CNC technology ensures the speed, consistency and accuracy of last processing.
FEATURE:
1) Each rocker arm is equipped with independent German reducer, and the 3D accuracy comparison error is within 0.2mm.
2) The CNC operating system independently developed by Oujing , which took more than 6 years to build, more in line with the needs of operator use.
3) Following European quality standard, using Italian mechanical assembly process and famous brand parts, reliable and durable.
4) Heavy-duty steel structure welding plus aging treatment, stable structure without deformation.
5) Must be used in conjunction with OJ-SG4FC.
6) It is recommended to be used together with the topline cutting machine, in order to realize the whole CNC process of shoe last turning and milling.
